Attendance will be limited to 55 participants. Your agency may send multiple participants. The registration fee is $3,000.00 per person. This includes:
- 3 hotel room nights - Sunday May 3, Monday May 4, and Tuesday May 5, (check out is Wednesday May 6).
- All meetings/sessions
- (1) Welcome Reception, (3) Breakfasts, (2) Lunches, and (1) Dinner at the hotel and (1) Offsite Dinner-transporation will be provided
GUEST OF ATTENDEE INFORMATION
If you are bringing a guest to any or all of the conference meals, please select the meal(s) when you check out.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The registration deadline is Monday, March 30, 2026.
PAYMENT
At the end of the registration process, please choose pay online (credit card) or pay offline. If you choose to pay offline, you can either send in a check or you can request an invoice with a link to pay by credit from pfde-nasio@slateaccounting.com
If you choose to pay by check, your registration will appear as "pending" until your payment is received. Once your payment is received, your registration will be confirmed.
Payment will be accepted in the form of credit cards as well as checks.

CANCELLATIONS
No refunds are allowed except in extenuating circumstances and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
